When you destroy one of your spirits with one of your effects, your opponent selects one of their spirits. Remove a core from it and place it into their reserve.


[LV II] During Opponent's End Step


At the start of the step, you may discard the top card of your deck. If you do, select a spirit card in your trash and return it to the top of your deck.
